Craig is absolutely phenomenal at his job. He was a huge help with the purchase of our first home. Took our calls and texts day and night and was always able to set up viewings even when requested at the last minute. Walked us through the house buying process. Even his attention to details during the walk throughs of different homes was helpful. This is really a crazy time to buy a house, and houses do not stay on the market for long. You definitely want Craig and his team in your corner.

When we started our search for a new home, we thought we knew what we were looking for (we did not...lol). Craig was incredibly patient and just kept asking us questions. He gave a unique perspective on things we were not necessarily thinking about. He shared the positives of properties and the neighborhoods they were in. More importantly, he was honest about the things that we may not have liked. As COVID took over all our lives, he continued to check in with us, but we never felt pressured by him. When we finally found a house we wanted to look at (we ended up being way more choosy than we originally thought), Craig had all the information we needed and then some! We bought the house, and he negotiated the selling price to our favor twice. We were living in another state, and he has been quick to communicate with us through every step of the process. We closed on the house, and he has still been very available to us. Overall, we had a great experience with Craig and would definitely recommend his expertise.

Patient, understanding, thoughtful, mindful, and forward thinking are just a few words that come to mind after our most recent experience with Craig. It's important to note that Craig is not the pushy type. Never did I feel pressured to make a decision or make a move, BUT he would frequently tap me on my shoulder and remind me of my coming deadline. He is truly a wealth of knowledge, but instead of flooding you with information, he presents them to you as they're needed. But the best part is that Craig was incredibly personable. Not only did he laugh with us, but he also felt our discouragement as someone outbid us for a home. He gave a motivating pep talk which resulted in us being even more driven to continue our search. Craig came highly recommended to us and after working with him for the past 3 months, we completely understand. Very pleasant, personable, humble, and a wealth of knowledge and experience. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Craig. To limit him to only 5 stars feelss like a disservice because he deserves so many more. It was an absolute pleasure and enjoyable working with you.

Craig is literally the best!! I have already referred him and will not hesitate to use him again if need be. He made our house buying process so seamless and effortless, that it’s almost unbelievable. He took the time to get to know our wants and needs. For starters, he was very thorough and found creative ways to educate the uneducated. My boyfriend and I came into this process with little knowledge. If it weren’t for Craig, I do not know where we would be. He walked us step by step through the house buying process and practically held our hands. It was awesome because we knew that to expect and was not blind-sided. I felt the ultimate comfort and confidence in Craig simply because of his total transparency. He laid out ALL of the possible options for us and the pros/ cons for each scenario. I know more now than I have ever known about the house buying process. I know this probably sounds rather daunting, however when you’re Craig, this is light weight. Not bragging for him, but he really makes this job look easy. It is very evident that he is knowledgeable and has been doing this for a long time. All of his experience and education will be beneficial to anyone looking to have a great experience. I never felt swayed or rushed at any time during our process. The best part of all is that he is personable and can probably get along with anyone.
